Car Diffuser Care & Safety Guide
Follow these instructions strictly to prevent vehicle damage, personal injury, or legal violations.
How to Set Up & Use Your Diffuser
- Remove the Plug: Unscrew the wooden lid and remove the plastic travel stopper.
- Secure the Lid: Screw the wooden lid back on tightly to prevent accidental leaks.
- Saturate the Wood: Invert the bottle for 2–3 seconds to let oil soak into the lid.
- Hang Safely: Hang the bottle upright on your rearview mirror using the adjustable bead.
- Keep It Tight: Check the wooden lid daily to ensure vehicle vibrations have not loosened it.
Critical Vehicle Protection Rules
- Avoid All Contact: The glass bottle, oil, and wooden lid must never touch vehicle surfaces.
- Prevent Swaying: Secure the cords tightly so the bottle cannot swing into the windshield.
- Wipe Spills Instantly: If oil drips, wipe it immediately with a damp microfiber cloth.
- Heat Expansion Warning: Extreme summer heat expands oil; do not over-saturate the wooden lid.
- Dashboard Hazard: Never rest the diffuser on the dashboard, plastic vents, or console.
Legal & Safety Precautions
- Check Local Laws: Verify that your state allows hanging objects from rearview mirrors.
- Avoid Airbags: Never hang the diffuser near or inside SRS airbag deployment zones.
- Keep Out of Reach: Keep this product away from children and pets at all times.
